Paulo Torres is an artist, filmmaker, and producer based in Los Angeles, frequently working throughout México. He is the co-founder of Five Towers, a production company rooted in the Arts District of Downtown LA, where he produces art-driven work for acclaimed artists, non-profits, and global brands including New Balance, Samsung, and Levi’s.
In 2021, he produced his debut feature film, At The Gates, which premiered at the Deauville American Film Festival and later received the Young Jury Award at the Reims Polar Film Festival in 2023. He is currently developing a documentary exploring Bacanora, Sonora’s once-forgotten and now-resurgent agave spirit.
Grounded in filmmaking and painting, Paulo’s work is driven by curiosity, cultural memory, and a persistent desire to explore the world through art.
